How long will my order take to arrive?

Every bed is made individually to order by hand. We aim to get your order dispatched as quickly as possible within 48 hours of your order. You will receive notification of dispatch via email - delivery times are dependant on your chosen delivery method. 

Will my dog fit your bed?

Each bed size is listed on the product page and cut to specific sizes. These sizes are rough guides for your pet however beds may be slightly smaller due to the filling. 

We have tried to give a few examples of the types of dogs that fit into our beds. Please be aware that all dogs differ in size and examples are just a guideline. If you’re unsure, please get in touch. 

Can your beds be washed?

All of our beds are machine washable and come with washing instructions on the label. Most beds are fully zipped so filling can be removed before washing. However, as the majority of our beds are vegan leather, you should be able to use a damp cloth to wipe down your bed without needing to put it in the washing machine.

Orders and Deliveries

We currently only ship to UK Mainland postcodes. If you live in the Scottish Highlands or Ireland, please get in touch before ordering as your postage cost may be higher. If your order is placed before contacting us, it may be cancelled. 

 

If you have a problem with your delivery or your parcel wasn’t delivered correctly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to let us know. Unfortunately we cannot be held liable for any delays out of our control. 

 

If your parcel is returned to us because of incorrect delivery details submitted by you, we will not be able to refund postage costs and you may have to pay for redelivery.

Missing or Damaged Orders

If your items get lost or damaged during delivery, you must contact us within 48 to let us know and we will do our very best to remedy the issue. 

Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can discuss options. 

Kumfipet are not able to refund your postage costs for any reason other than for the return of faulty products.
